Scheduling & Bookings

Requests submitted through our website or by phone, text, or email are appointment requests. An appointment is confirmed once we have communicated confirmation to you. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your preferred date and time but cannot guarantee availability.

Fees & Payment

Fees are based on the service, property size and type, and other factors. Pricing shown on this site is a starting point and may be adjusted based on the specifics of your property. Payment is due as arranged at or before the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible. We ask for reasonable advance notice so we can adjust our schedule and offer the time to other clients.

Nature & Scope of Inspections

Home inspections are a visual, non-invasive examination of the readily accessible systems and components of a property at the time of the inspection, performed in accordance with applicable standards of practice. An inspection is not a warranty, guarantee, or insurance policy, and it is not a code-compliance inspection. It does not predict future conditions or reveal concealed or inaccessible defects. Any specific scope, standards, and limitations applicable to your inspection will be described in your inspection agreement and report.

Reports

Inspection reports are prepared for the client identified in the inspection agreement and reflect conditions observed at the time of the inspection. Reliance on a report by anyone other than the named client is not authorized without our written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspectek West is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Any specific limitations applicable to a given inspection are governed by the inspection agreement you sign for that service.
